Complete HVAC controls replacement, complete replacement of the existing coil connections and associated control valves at all existing fan coil units; replacement of the automatic wet alarm valve assemblies, associated butterfly control valves, and rework of the fire riser to install a vertical stainless steel double detector check backflow preventor; complete replacement of the fire alarm system; replacement of select Roof Top Units and all existing Outside Air Units; refurbish the existing elevator and associated equipment; replacement of existing lavatories or wash-fountains in student restrooms; the associated replacement and installation of a code compliant recirculated domestic tempered water system; and the complete renovation to the consumer science lab. In addition, provisions for a $200,000 allowance for the design and installation of a code compliant amplified, emergency responders radio repeater system (ERCCS).
