Complete HVAC controls replacement, complete replacement of the existing coil connections and associated control valves at all existing fan coil units; replacement of the automatic wet alarm valve assemblies, associated butterfly control valves, and rework of the fire riser to install a vertical stainless steel double detector check backflow preventor; complete replacement of the fire alarm system; replacement of select Roof Top Units and all existing Outside Air Units; replacement of the existing elevator and associated equipment; replacement of existing lavatories or washfountains in student restrooms; the associated replacement and installation of a code compliant recirculated domestic tempered water system; and the complete renovation to the consumer science lab. In addition, provisions for a $200,000 allowance for the design and installation of a code compliant amplified, emergency responders radio repeater system (ERCCS). Add Alternate No. 1 for the removal and replacement of all fan coil units throughout the facility. Add Alternate No. 2 for the removal and replacement of the existing air-cooled chillers, constant volume chilled water pumps, and associated piping and accessories in the central plant with new and conversion to a variable volume pumping system. Add Alternate No. 3 for the removal and replacement of the hydronic boilers, heating water pumps, and associated piping and accessories in the central plant. Add Alternate No. 4 for the removal and replacement of the domestic water boilers located in the central plant. Add Alternates shall include the required owner contingency associated with the specific alternate.
