Specifications include, but are not limited to: The management plan shall address the following: ▪ Estimate of operating costs to manage Schertz Area Senior Center (please specify cost amount to be dependent on grants), ▪ Description of how the Center will participate in cooperative community planning, establish service delivery arrangements with other community agencies and organizations, and serve as a focal point in the community, ▪ Clear administrative and human resource policies and procedures that contribute to effective management, including appropriate staffing, quality control activities, and record-keeping, ▪ Appropriate and adequate arrangements to evaluate and report on the Center’s programs and operation (both self-assessment & participant assessment), ▪ Cultivation of effective relationships among participants, staff, and the community in order to achieve mission and goals, ▪ Promotion of program operation that provide for the health, safety, and comfort of participants, staff, and community, ▪ Fundraising initiatives and other marketing and outreach activities
