Scope & Description. San Elizario ISD is soliciting proposals from internet service providers to submit a proposal to provide San Elizario ISD with scalable internet access at a minimum of 10 Gbps. Internet access is needed for one connection (LC fiber handoff) terminating at 13680 Socorro Rd. San Elizario, Texas 79849 serves the entire District via its Wide Area Network. Billing will be processed via a single bill to cover the entire district. Proposers must clearly identify capabilities and associated internet access for the district and clearly identify all taxes and surcharges. The project is contingent upon the approval of funding from the Universal Service Fund’s Schools and Libraries Program, otherwise known as E-rate. San Elizario ISD desires pricing to include the following bandwidth options: 10 Gbps, 20 Gbps, and 40 Gbps for either a one (1) year option with two (2) one-year extensions or for a three (3) year option with two (2) one-year extensions beginning July 1, 2026
