The purpose of this proposal is to acquire a Service Contract for the Materials, Installation, and Repair of Suspended Acoustical Ceilings for facilities within the Victoria Independent School District (VISD). Orders will be placed on an “as-needed” basis during the proposal performance period which is from JULY 1, 2025 (OR UPON AWARD) – JUNE 30, 2026. The proposal may be extended for a period of two (2) years in increments of 12 months each if the terms and conditions remain constant and both parties agree in writing. Note that the number of job orders and/or projects placed under this agreement will be subject to the availability of funds in the appropriate budget year. The successful contractor shall provide the necessary labor and materials, all which shall include delivery costs, labor costs, profit, overhead, wage rates, benefits, etc., and all other vendor costs of operation. The successful vendor shall provide his own tools, equipment, vehicles and transportation to/from work site(s)
