Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Houston-Victoria is seeking primary and secondary contractor(s) toprovide ongoing supplemental security services when staff security are unavailable such as holidays, leave,emergencies and special events. The University has two full time and five part time security officers and no on-site police department. The supplemental security services will be provided for the entire Victoria campus. Thisincludes University West and Center buildings Jaguar Hall, Jaguar Court, and Jaguar Suites DormitoriesFacilities Services building, Athletics Building, and the Totah building. Additional buildings may be added.Supplemental security services as requested by the University may also include off campus special eventsincluding, but not limited to, commencement ceremonies and coverage at UHV Jaguar baseball, softball, andsoccer games. The estimated total service each year is not expected to exceed 30 calendar days. All security willbe on-call, no fixed dates or time, as needed
