Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of DeSoto seeks proposals from interested and qualified companies to provide all types of equipment, manpower and services regarding Event Management, Security, Parking Services, Athletics Events and other Special Events of varying size and scale. Services will include, but not be limited to, event-day & overnight, ushers, ticket takers, cart drivers, parking attendants, crowd control, metal detector operations and event equipment rental (metal detectors, security wands, etc.); which are being solicited for the purpose of providing and/or assisting with overall crowd control and event set-up. Traffic control and parking staff will also be needed in parking lots used for athletic events and other special events that vary in scale. Contractor should be properly trained in providing traffic control.
