1. Length of the price agreement shall run from October 1, 2025 until September 30, 2026 with an option of renewal for an additional two (2) years. 2. Contract will be for the purchase of uniforms, not rental. 3. City of Stephenville reserves the right to cancel this agreement upon 30 days’ written notice with good cause. 4. City of Stephenville reserves the right to require samples on any item prior to bid award. 5. Uniforms must be delivered within five (5) weeks of order date. 6. Vender reliability, product quality and availability will be included with the price in determining the lowest responsible bidder. 7. Items may be awarded to more than one vendor, but will be grouped together as follows: a. Jerseys (mesh and ST350 shirts) b. Hats (caps and visors) c. Accessories (belts and socks) 8. Bids must be submitted on the pricing forms included for that purpose in this packet. Bid must be signed by a person who has the authority to bind the firm in a contract. 9. Shipping will be at the expense of the vendor and therefore should be included in the bid price. Emblems/Embroidery – Team names, team logos, and the SPARD logo will be provided for each sport prior to submitting the season order. Quantity – Quantities for each sports season (Volleyball, Basketball, Football, Baseball, and Softball) are estimated and may vary annually based on registration numbers.
