This requirement is for fire suppression system maintenance services. The contractor shall provide all tools, materials, equipment, transportation, personnel, supervision, and all other items necessary to perform all operations in connection with the inspection, testing, recharging, maintenance, repairing of fire suppression systems in a manner that will ensure their serviceability and prevent deterioration in value or effectiveness. The contractor must be licensed by the State of Texas, and fully qualified to inspect and test all Fire Suppression Systems on JBSA- Ft Sam Houston, Camp Bullis, and San Antonio Military Medical Center SAMMC.
