Specifications include, but are not limited to: Texas A&M School of Medicine is seeking to develop and implement a Student Dashboard system that will provide the ability to monitor individual student progress toward course/program requirements. The dashboard will be viewable by necessary stakeholders(faculty, staff, students) at the School of Medicine. The proposed date for implementation is October 1st, 2024. The School of Medicine is seeking proposals, with the intent to enter into an agreement, from a qualified vendor for a web-based student dashboard system that includes the following: • Ability to monitor individual student progress toward course and program requirements • Ability to present student information in a visually appealing format • Ability to granularly provision roles according to role (faculty, staff, and students) • Ability to align individual assessments to program objectives • Ability to compare student performance relative to cohort performance • Ability to leave/place secure roles-based notes on students that are viewable by students • Ability to manage student status (active, inactive, graduate, or leave of absence) • Ability to upload artifacts, assignments to dashboard or portfolio on student progress and achievement • Ability to upload/retain documents and organize files • Ability to capture qualitative feedback on assignments, courses, milestones or program objectives
