Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work includes furnish, install, and program access control. This include card readers, electrified locksets, door position sensors, door releases, control panels, intercoms, access control cabling, window break sensors, and surge protection. The system must be compatible and interoperable with TxDOT’s latest version Software House CCURE as a standard. Furnish and provide a utility scan at each site. Refer to the specification requirements. a) Work to be included in the maintenance building: 1) Card reader access for four (4) building entry doors. 2) Card reader access for two (2) interior doors. 3) Intercom at front entrance. Location to be determined by TxDOT. 4) Glass break sensors at all windows. 5) Panic button and door release at front reception area. Location to be determined by TxDOT. 6) Interior ceiling mounted speaker. 7) Weather proof exterior strobe lights. 8) Surface mount door contacts for eight (8) roller doors. b) Work to be included in the storage warehouse building: 1) Card reader access at one (1) building entry door. 2) Surface mount door contacts for two (2) roller doors. 3) Interior ceiling mounted speaker. 4) Weather proof exterior strobe lights.
