Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of El Paso is soliciting bids for SECURITY SERVICES AT POLICE HEADQUARTERS, primarily for the POLICE. The City of El Paso, (City) seeks bids from qualified Bidders to provide security guard services as described within this solicitation. The successful Bidder shall provide uniformed security guards licensed through the State of Texas in accordance with the specifications listed herein. The City of El Paso intends to establish a relationship with a security guard service company that will support the Citys goals to provide friendly and Customer First service to the people who visit the City and its facilities, as well as to City staff. The successful Bidder shall be responsible for providing the following types of security guards: Commissioned Security Guards, (armed).
