Specifications include, but are not limited to:The scope of services shall include, but may not be limited to, the following: A.1 DHA reserves the right to add and/or delete any or all sites needing security guard services as it deems necessary and appropriate. If addition(s) or deletions(s) are necessary, DHA shall inform the Contractor of such changes in writing within seven (7) days of the addition(s) or deletion(s). If the addition(s) or deletions(s) result in a change in the scope of services to be provided under the contract, the charges for services due shall be renegotiated in accordance with standard business practice. A.2 The hours and days of on-site armed security guard service at DHA sites shall be determined by DHA according to the needs of each site. The contractor must be flexible to work with DHA staff to set days of the week and times armed security service is to be provided.
