Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful proponent shall be responsible for providing a security service performed by qualified employees acceptable to Tarrant County College and meeting all state license requirements during the times and at locations specified in this document, and for other occasions as may be required by the College. Duties shall include (but are not necessarily limited to), theft prevention, vehicle and foot patrol, locking/unlocking facilities buildings and doors, monitor and respond to activated emergency, intrusion, mechanical and electrical systems, maintain written reports as required, make verbal/telephone notifications. Respond to other critical type incidents as directed. Contact local campus police and other emergency services as deemed appropriate.
