Specifications include, but are not limited to: The SCUCISD is accepting Competitive Sealed Proposals to replace the existing access control and video surveillance systems with new GENETEC access control and GENETEC video surveillance systems; This project also includes contractor provided, contractor installed, contractor configured access control, Door Management Alarms, and electrified door hardware to approximately 80 doors. 1. The contractor shall provide and configure new GENETEC access control software onto the ownerís virtualized infrastructure. 2. The contractor shall replace the existing hardware and add new hardware as required to provide a fully functional GENETEC access control system. The contractor is responsible for properly disposing of all removed/demolished access control system hardware and cabling. a. The existing (red) Mercury LP1502 Intelligent Controllers shall be re-used as previously authorized by GENETEC. (Existing enclosures and power supplies shall be re-used to the fullest extent possible if they are compatible with the new GENETEC hardware. If they are not compatible, the contractor shall provide new equipment. This shall be accounted for in the initial bid.
