The Respondent will provide through the Application Service Provider hosting of the ERP System as well as ongoing maintenance and operational support. Service level agreements will be negotiated to address the Countys needs for efficiency, security, and privacy. B. The ERP System must be available at least 98% of the time to end-users from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with some weekend. Extended hours may be required on request. II. Enterprise Portal-Windows Server 2003 migrating to Windows Server 2008. 4. SAP Systems: SAP R/3 version ECC 6.0 Modules: HR, Payroll, FI/CO, MM, BI version 7.0, SAP Enterprise Business Portal 7.0. 5. Users: Total of 5,000 users: 200 Professional, 600 Limited Professional, 4,200 ESS.
