Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall remove the existing gravel roof and properly install a new roof using materials as specified following 2006 IBC standards. Install 30 lb. felt or moister barrier. Install new 3-tab, 25-year asphalt shingles. Shingles are to be 130 mph wind resistant rated and self-sealing. Install aluminum drip-edge, color to match shingle. Flashing of all roof penetrations. Based on the need for replacement of plywood, replace ½” 4’x8’ CDX plywood and rotted fascia board, must be approved by facility. Install new turbines, ridge vent, pipe collars, new fascia board primed and painted (color to be determined, samples to be provided to the Facility contact). Replace 98 sheets of ½” plywood. Replace roof joists.
