Scuppers 7. Gutters, downspouts, and splash blocks 8. Jacks 9. Roof hatches 10. Sleepers 11. Flashing 12. Copings 13. Dormers 14. Facia 15. Gravel stops 16. Parapet walls 17. Pitch pans/pocket 18. Expansion joints 19. Flashings and trim such as eave flashing, gable flashing, etc. 20. Drip edge 21. Counter 22. Turn back edge 23. Diverter. 24. Seamless gutters 25. Downspouts 26. Insulation 27. Expansion Joints 28. Skylights 29. Hatches 30. Ventilators 31. All required trim 32. All roof penetrations 33. Joint sealant repairs B. The Contractor shall provide roof repairs and replacement services for the following but not limited to: 1. Modified Bitumen 2. Metal standing seam 3. Asphalt 4. Steep slope roof systems such as shingle and wood shake 5. Low slope roof systems such as built-up, elastomeric, modified bitumen, and walkways 6. Roof coatings 7. Elastomeric 8. Silicone 9. EPDM 10. PVC and TPO Single-Ply Membrane
