The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center (MD Anderson) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced suppliers with demonstrated abilities to provide role-based workplace violence prevention training, including active shooter, de-escalation, and disengagement techniques, through a video file and in-person Trainthe-Trainer (TTT) sessions. • The online training video will be role-based, with each employee assigned to one of four role categories, and the training will align with their specific role. The four role categories are as follows: Front Line Staff/General, Managers, Executive Leaders, and High Risk Area Employees. It should include the functionality to pause and resume from the point at which the user left off.
