The Rob Fleming Aquatics Center hosts approximately 50,000 users per year and is open during the pre, regular and post seasons (approximately 100 days per year) from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and from 1 to 6 p.m. on Sunday. The expectation is that the concessions stand is open at least from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday - Saturday and 1 to 6 p.m. on Sunday. Monday the facility is closed for maintenance during regular season, with the exceptions of holidays. There is no dedicated phone line at the Aquatics Center. Concessionaire is permitted to take/deliver orders unless this action becomes a hindrance to the safety of pool patrons or becomes a nuisance then the ability will be withdrawn. The Rob Fleming Concessions contract for services, if awarded, shall be for 2026, 2027 and 2028. Any and all financial obligations of The Woodlands Township under the proposed contract are conditional as they relate to a yearly appropriation. Concessionaire is not designated as a parking spot at this facility. The facility is approximately 320ft. The Woodlands Township, as part of the Concessions Agreement, will provide the use of the following equipment at the Rob Fleming Aquatics Center. . Commercial Refrigerator . Commercial Freezer . Ice Machine . Commercial Sink Any additional equipment brought in by the Concessionaire shall be the sole responsibility of the Concessionaire. The Concessionaire will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, permits, services, transportation, insurance and daily expenses to meet the requirements of this scope of services and specifications. The Concessionaire must follow all park orders in Park Order No. 019-09. Service locations are public and extremely sensitive to disruption. Concessionaire must ensure the general public and user's safety when performing services in and around all locations. The Concessionaire shall display only professional-quality signage on the fascia of the concession buildings. All signage must be neat, durable, and in good condition. Handwritten, homemade, or otherwise unprofessional signage is strictly prohibited. Any signage must comply with Township standards and must be reviewed and approved by Township staff prior to display. The following items are prohibited from being sold: . alcoholic beverages · tobacco products . Any product in glass containers . sunflower seeds/ shelled nuts . Chewing Gum . Party poppers, confetti, glitter or similar type products
