The Electrical voltage in the NTTA Right-of- Way includes, but not limited to, 120 volts to 480- volt single phase and three phase; the contractor is expected to be able to safely work on all NTTA electrical voltages. NTTA standard roadway illumination poles range from 25 feet to 75 feet in height; the contractor shall have the equipment to service the Roadway Illumination poles to complete repairs, service, and installation. The NTTA shall have at a minimum one of its electrical staff members assisting the contractor during routine PMs, installation, repairs, service, and on-call/emergency services. The contractor shall provide adequate staffing to complete the work effectively and safely included in this contract. The work in this contract shall be performed during the weekday, weekend, and some holidays; the work shall be scheduled, and maybe scheduled to occur at any time of the day/night, as needed to meet NTTA expectations and operational needs. 1.1 Repairing roadway illumination fixtures must include, but not limited to, the following: 1.1.1 Install new lighting ballast that match the fixture operation, e.g., 400-watt HPS 480 volt, or 250-watt HPS 480 volts when needed. 1.1.2 Cleaning fixture lens (with sustainable environmentally friendly solution) 1.1.3 Install new lamp that matches ballast operation, e.g., 400-watt HPS or 250- watt HPS on all fixtures serviced. 1.1.4 Installing new fuses and new fuse holders when needed. (Normally 5-amp 600 volt) 1.1.5 Checking the light fixture mounting bolts for tightness and ensuring the light fixture is level. 1.2 Servicing and repairing High Mast Pole lighting will include, but not limited to, the following steps: 1.2.1 Install all the ballast on the pole when required by NTTA. (Normally 400- watt HPS 600 volt) 1.2.2 Installing new lamps on all High Mast poles serviced. (Normally 400-watt HPS lamp) 1.2.3 Check Mogul base light socket for damage wiring or bent connectionsreplace as needed. 1.2.4 Check all fuses and replace as needed. 1.2.5 Clean all light fixture lens with sustainable environmentally friendly solution.
