The required services to be provided are facility vending machine services for Rusk State Hospital (RSH) for individuals reside and the facility, staff, and visitors. This is a revenue generating contract, and the Contractor agrees to compensate RSH an agreed upon percentage of gross sales after tax for all vending machines. This Contract does not involve the rental or leasing of vending machines. Whether or not RSH continues with the service, there is never a cost to RSH at any time. Services shall include but are not limited to the following: The awarded Contractor shall install, maintain, replenish, and repair or replace (if needed) a total of six (6) refrigerated vending machines and five (5) snack machines on the RSH campus. All vending machines shall be equipped with bill-changing devices and debit/credit card readers that accept all major credit cards for purchases. RSH reserves the right to add or remove vending machines at their sole discretion.
