Killeen Independent School District (“Killeen ISD”, the “District”) is accepting proposals for retail type products. This proposal will cover all retail items purchased at "shelf price" for the District on an as-needed basis. Vendors responding to this RFP must have a brick and mortar store front in the central Texas area. Retail stores should be located no more than 100 miles from Killeen, TX. Students within KISD attend 31 elementary schools, 12 middle schools, 6 high schools, 4 special campuses, serving approximately 44,000+ students. KISD is the 4th most diverse district in Texas and the 24th largest district in Texas. The intent of this RFP is to allow district staff the flexibility to make purchases "on demand" from "Approved Vendors" that are located near their campus/facility without having to go through the traditional Purchase Order process due to time constraints.
