A. Contractor shall remove existing epoxy, bubbles and substrates, surface laitance and dirt to avoid any trip hazard and to get a new surface with proper adhesion. B. Loading dock area is 1259’ with texture, Vestibule area is 215’ no texture and Dock vertical surface is 490’ no texture. C. Contractor shall prepare and patch stairs, gouges and disbanded area with proper products resistant to daily chemical spillage and cleaning activities with water at high temperatures (80 degrees F). D. Contractor shall recoat all loading dock, vestibule & vertical surfaces at dock, excluding the wall at trash compactor with proper products, resistant to cart traffic, hand trucking on steel, rubber and plastic wheels and weight up to 30,000 Lbs. E. Contractor shall: Contractor shall examine the Lon Evans loading dock Site and make allowances in its costs to accommodate existing conditions. Contractor shall carry out its own verification of the site and surface conditions, and shall inspect the work area, calculate, and verify removal of selected portions of the dock surface site elements. Remove existing coating and install new coating throughout entire dock area. Remove all demolished materials. Furnish all new materials needed. Furnish dock refresh timeframe and scheduling. Work shall be completed during weekend hours. Tarrant County shall supply a secured area to store equipment and supplies onsite.
