Contractor to supply design services for full restroom remodel. Contractor shall prepare and complete the design and all construction services for the remodeling of all public restrooms at the Aransas Pass Civic Center. . Remodeling shall include: · Remodel/new tile, fixtures, mirrors, backsplash, towel/TP dispensers, stalls, toliets, sinks, counters, paint . Restroom facilities include: Two multistall womans restrooms, two multistall mens restrooms, one single stall womans restroom, one single stall mens restroom, and one single stall handicap restroom. Contractor is responsible for providing regular project updates to facility manager. . Project schedule must be coordinated with the facility manager based on the demands and needs of business, accommodating for the least interruptions possible. Contractor is responsible for any and all necessary permits and licenses. Contractor must provide at a minimum $1,000,000.00 general commercial liability insurance policy with the City listed as an additional insured. . Contractor must submit an invoice prior to receiving payment. The payment schedule and method will follow all state and local guidelines. . Contractor must is responsible for the containment and disposal of all debris.
