Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Spring Independent School District ("District") requests competitive sealed proposals for the purpose of identifying a vendor(s) to supply Restaurant and Catering Services to support the needs of the District, in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications established within this Request for Proposals (RFP). Our desire is to establish a list of awarded area restaurant vendors, making them accessible for providing services to our staff and students. It is the intention of the Spring Independent School District to maintain a contract with qualified vendors that provide services to the District as a whole. Services can include but are not limited to orders picked up by District staff or delivered to various campuses or department locations. Contract awards should not be construed to be a guarantee of either minimum or maximum dollar amounts to be spent. Spring ISD cannot guarantee the number of times that services will be needed. However, please note large order services are typical during the start/end of the school year and during the Christmas holiday season. Additionally, at this time our District meal allowance is $15 per person for catering events.
