Specifications include, but are not limited to: FBISD is soliciting proposals to establish a contract for the purchase of research services to include expertise in the areas of program evaluation, K-12 best practices, research instrument design, data analysis, digital research library, research trends and forecasting as well as protocol development for interviews and focus groups. Upon renewal agreement, FBISD reserves the right to request pricing for new products we would like to introduce into the proposal. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing an offsite liaison to support all services to be implemented. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting administrators directly responsible for implementing programs by assessing the extent to which programs meet the established goals.
