Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Dallas ISD is seeking proposals from qualified entities to provide research, evaluation and data analysis services on an "as requested" basis for a fixed annual fee. Research and evaluation projects assigned to the selected vendor would vary based on the District's needs and would be tailored to match the District's unique circumstances. The selected vendor must demonstrate an ability to handle a wide variety of research, evaluation and data analysis services as well as provide the district access to the published results of their investigation of educational topics. Specific examples of the vendor's products provided to other educational entities should be provided in the proposal.
