Successful Proposer shall provide Services consisting in part of regularly scheduled security guard services at Integral Care's Facilities, each as more particularly described below in this Attachment A (such regularly scheduled security guard services collectively referred to as the “Scheduled Services”). Successful Proposer shall provide Services consisting of other than the Scheduled Services (collectively, the "Special Services") at such other dates, times and at such locations as requested by Integral Care's authorized representative. Successful Proposer will provide a process acceptable to Integral Care for Successful Proposer's staff who are to provide Scheduled Services (each a "Guard" and collectively "Guards") to check-in and check-out upon arrival and departure for shifts at the Facilities, as applicable, and Guards shall comply with the approved check-in/check-out process at all times. Guard(s) shall arrive promptly and be ready to provide Services at the beginning of a scheduled shift, and remain at the Facility until the scheduled shift is completed and, if applicable, until another Guard arrives at the Facility for any consecutive, subsequently scheduled shift. If a Guard does not present for his/her scheduled hours at an Integral Care facility, Successful Proposer will immediately, upon Successful Proposer's knowledge of such event, provide another Guard who is qualified to perform the Scheduled Services. Guard(s) shall wear a professional security guard uniform while on duty, and will comply with Integral Care's applicable policies and procedures and with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Guard(s) shall not sleep, read, socialize while on duty, or use personal electronic devices (except to the extent required to deliver Services hereunder). Guard(s) shall not use electronic cigarettes or nicotine delivery devices, tobacco, or smokeless tobacco products on Integral Care property, and shall not be impaired at any time while providing Services.
