Specifications include, but are not limited to: providing youth baseball and softball related local, regional, and national tournaments and who are interested in the long-term license, operations, and improvements at the 4-Plex. This includes obtaining the qualifications from prospective Respondents to determine their experience in delivering youth baseball and softball tournaments. This RFP is in reference to approximately 12 acres of City owned property consisting of four (4) adult softball fields including the concession building, restrooms, and large parking lot. Respondents will be required to demonstrate their experience in serving the community as further described in RFP Attachment A, Part Two-Experience, Background and Qualifications
