Specifications include, but are not limited to: A pool of communication firms that will be available to Central Health and its affiliates to provide communication support including, but not limited to, communication strategy, research (qualitative, quantitative), advertising (media planning and buying, creative development), marketing, public relations (media relations, social media, event production), photography, graphic design, videography, printing, web services (design, development, and support), and other services on an as needed basis. Experience in multi-cultural, multi-lingual communications for diverse audiences is required. Under the direction and leadership of Central Health staff, awarded Respondents will provide support for communication initiatives including, but not limited to, the following: 1) Strategic communications consulting; 2) Communications, community engagement, outreach and marketing services to reach diverse communities; 3) Development and implementation of research (qualitative and quantitative); 4) Advertising services including creative development (art direction, graphic design, copy writing); 5) Media planning, buying, and reconciliation and search engine marketing.
