W. Elliston and wife, Mrs. Jewel E. Elliston to L.S. Johnston, dated 3/2/1954, recorded in Volume 166, Page 211, Deed Records of Randall County, Texas.. The Property is further identified as Potter-Randal County Appraisal District Property ID: 116337, and zoned SF-A Single Family Agricultural Residential. All oil, gas, and other minerals, all geothermal energy and associated resources, and all groundwater or other subsurface water of any kind or nature in, under, or from the property are reserved by the A&M System and will not be included in the sale.
