The purpose of this RFI is to obtain information regarding mobility print capabilities. Respondents should consider the following when providing a response: Our organization must provide a secure and simple printing approach for mobile devices. End users should be able to quickly discover and set up printers on their own, regardless of their operating system or the brand of the printer. Solution allows end user clients to securely print to any printer in our network. Consistent end user experience of printing irrespective of the make or model of the printer. Solution should support all platforms (iOS, Win OS, macOS, etc.). Solution allows printing from other application like Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) systems, Work Management Systems etc.
