Response to this announcement is strictly voluntary; no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this sources sought announcement or any follow-up information requests. If you choose to submit a package, clearly identify the park and project on your package (BIBE 218341) and identify your socioeconomic status (8(a), HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran, WOSB, EDWOSB, and Small).

The Government anticipates conducting a competitive acquisition for this requirement. The amount of interest or lack thereof will determine the possibility of a competitive set-aside or full and open competition (the size of a small business firm includes all parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, etc.-see 13 CFR 121.108.) Upgrade Panther Junction Waste Water Plant

Project Description
The project shall replace the sewage treatment facility that serves the Panther Junction residential area, the park's main visitor center, park headquarters, gas station, post office, San Vicente School, and over 380,000 visitors each year. The existing wastewater treatment plant shall be replaced with a new 42,000 gallon per day treatment system. Plant building components shall be replaced, and rehabilitated including the roof and electrical components.
****Firms interested in the project should possess the following specialized skills and experience and address these specialized skills and experience in their responses to this Notice.
1) Experience in the construction of similar complexity and size projects including construction of water, sewer (onsite wastewater treatment system), electrical and telecom utilities; water tanks; trenching; road paving roads, paths and parking areas; restroom buildings; dry laid and mortared rock retaining walls, and site development.
2) Experience working in a similar environment, including:
a. Working adjacent to other contractors working on different projects
b. Responsibility for the protection of cultural and natural resources
c. Experience working in adverse weather conditions including snow and ice accumulations and in areas of high ground water
d. Experience working in remote area where material deliveries and worker commutes are difficult.
Bonding Capability:
Interested firms MUST provide a letter from their bonding company to confirm their bonding capacity.
