Specifications include, but are not limited to: Install new V Track concrete footing and bolt down angle iron for existing gate in driveway, remove old gate and install all new rollers on gate and guides, install new post and webbing as needed, and make any adjustments needed for proper operations with new concrete and existing concrete track, as per plans and specifications. Install all conduit and ground box for electrical, pedestal, and low voltage communication as per plans. Install Vehicular Slide Gate Operator motor supplied by Owner on contractor supplied concrete pad or pedestal and all components for proper motorized operations. Install all new 1 each exit, 2 safety loops, electric safety eye, reverse loop, timer control for hour of operations, and remote call box to front desk for gate operation, motor operator and concrete pad or stand, 2 key punch access controls high and low, Owner provided key punch pedestal and stand on new concrete pad or factory stand as per plans. Install all wiring electrical for high and low voltage and push to talk hardware for communication from gate to front desk and ability to open gate from front desk. Pipe and run electrical power from emergency panel to operator.
