Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 Venue Performance 2.1.1 Handle booking/ paying local, Fort Worth-based musicians 2.1.2 Provide indoor or outdoor seating for an estimated amount (200) customers, approximately 3,000 Square Ft 2.1.3 Not charge a cover charge for attendance or ticket sales for any event Amplify 817 2.1.4 Provide a Sound engineer and all sound equipment required by performer 2.1.5 Provide Signage space to promote Amplify 817 2.1.6 Host or present an artist that is on Amplify 817, it shall be a collaborative effort between Amplify 817 Fort Worth Public Library (FWPL) and the Venue. For more information about Amplify817 programs visit https://amplify817.org/ 2.1.7 Provide flexible space with multiple options for recording performances 2.1.8 Provide private space for artists/musicians and library staff 2.2 Venue Interviews Essential Tools and Equipment 2.2.1 Provide a variety of various spaces and areas for the Public Library staff to be able to conduct the interviews, film and record 2.2.2 Provide a video recording device for interviews that need to be film 2.2.3 Provide Sound recording devices or microphones 2.2.4 Provide a tripod 2.2.5 Provide seating space for the Library staff and interviewers
