Specifications include, but are not limited to: 9.1. Awarded contractor must have all applicable permits, licenses, and insurance coverage. 9.2. Awarded contractor shall provide three (3) rental storage units as follows: one (1) unit 20-feet wide x 30-feet deep, one (1) unit 30-feet wide x 20-feet deep, and one (1) unit 30-feet wide x 30-feet deep. 9.3. Storage units must be located in El Paso, Texas. 9.4. Awarded contractor must provide 24-hour access to storage units. 9.4. Awarded contractor must have lights, electricity, and outlets in the storage units for day and night access. 9.5. Awarded contractor must provide access control for after-hours use. Fence must be locked for password keypad entry only. During daylight hours the fence may remain open, but management must monitor all personnel on the property. 9.6. Awarded contractor must have security cameras on-site. 9.7. Awarded contractor must have fencing around the premises. Each unit must be individually locked.
