Specifications include, but are not limited to:Region 18 Education Service Center desires to remove existing flooring from the ESC 18 Conference Center and replace with new material. Demo carpet and tile in Region 18 ESC Conference Center, approximately 5,651 sq. ft. of carpet, and 741 sq. ft. of tile. Prepare surfaces for installation of new materials. Install 5,651 sq. ft. of Tandus Centiva carpet tile (Style Rivet 04219, Color Aluminum Fram 54201, Product No. 6297940020 Dynex SD) in halls and Conference Rooms of ESC 18 Conference Center. Provide owner with 10% additional carpet and any adhesive required to install for owner to replace as needed in the future. Install 741 sq. ft. Dal Tile Florentine 12”x24” and 3”x12 bullnose base in Foyer, vending alcove and Kitchen of ESC 18 Conference Center. Provide owner with 10% additional tile and bullnose, thinset & grout for owner to replace as need in the future. Contractor is responsible for removal and disposal of all waste material.
