A. Contractor shall remove existing 18 Ton LG HVAC System Model Number VHP-1/VHP-2 Serial Number ARUN216BTEA that supports the center of the building. B. Contractor shall provide and install a new 18 Ton LG HVAC System VHP-1/VHP-2 with heat pump or one that is equal to or better than existing system on existing roof platform that old unit was removed from. C. Contractor shall replace indoor ceiling cassettes, thermostats, and controllers that are proper for the new unit installed; utilizing line-sets is authorized. D. Electrical Statement of Work 1. Contractor shall demo out power to the existing outdoor units. 2. Contractor shall update power for the new outdoor unit, and install a new disconnect by the HVAC unit, and correct breaker in main panel to support HVAC unit.
