Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Port of Houston Authority (“PHA”) is seeking a professional consultant to provide planning and design work related to both the demolition of the existing damaged automatic gate at Ramp Road 7 in the North Turning Basin Terminal and for the replacement of that gate with a larger automated gate. PHA is seeking to engage the services of a registered professional engineering firm, partnership, corporation, or joint venture with expertise in planning and design civil engineering and security access control. The selected Respondent is expected to assist in the planning, complete the design, and prepare plans and specifications for construction. Additional geotechnical services and surveying may also be included in the scope of work.
