Schneider Electric energy management service support agreement. Contractor shall maintain controls and associated equipment to the original manufacturer’s performance specifications. Contractor shall provide service, repair, replacement, and software upgrades. The service agreement will include. 1. 30 hours of 24/7 Remote Energy Management Support 2. On-site support to consist of 8 site visits per year – each visit to average at least 6 hours per visit. To include but not limited to: a. Trouble shooting systems. b. Energy Consulting c. Personnel Training d. Building efficiency review and analysis e. Visits will be documented, and a report will be provided with any findings needing attention, any issue resolutions and a plan for any required action or suggested improvements. 3. Monthly remote building automation system monitoring to include 12 hours of Remote Building Automation System Monitoring. Vendor to provide a report at the conclusion of each monitoring session detailing findings and recommended actions.
