General Requirements: 1. System Integration The software must integrate with the following systems: a. LabWare Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) b. HACH Water Information Management System (WIMS) The Proposer should evaluate additional in-house systems with the objective of providing solutions that can either replace or integrate with existing ones, where appropriate. Existing in-house systems include: a. Adobe Pro b. ArcGIS c. Maximo (presently integrates with WIMS) ▪ Purchase requisition ▪ Work orders (labor and supply tracking for maintenance activities) ▪ Documentation of operator round activities ▪ Includes results of field testing ▪ Inventory control and reordering for CRWS Warehouse d. Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Planner and Office products e. Origami Risk f. Telog g. UltiPro, or integration of future HR software systems h. Win-Situ 2. User Interface and Experience: a. The software should be web-based and user-friendly. b. It must be mobile-friendly with real-time data updates. c. Role-based permissions and security levels are required. 3. Data Management: a. The software should store and manage project and industrial data, including hazardous materials information. b. Data migration capabilities for historical data are required. c. Compliance with Cross-Media Electronic Reporting Rule (CROMERR) and for electronic reporting is required. Functional Requirements: 1. Regulatory Compliance: a. The software must track multiple types of regulatory controls for federal, state, and local permits. b.
