Contractor shall provide a comprehensive proactive regulatory intelligence solution and/or software that will allow for efficient tracking of new and proposed regulatory changes that impact hospital operations. Effective regulatory oversight and regulatory change management requires constant monitoring of multiple state and federal agencies, legislative bodies, as well as third-party accrediting entities. To manage these demands, Parkland is seeking a regulatory intelligence solution that can track and contextualize regulatory change via; Content provision (e.g., curation of regulatory content, content aggregation, tracking of saved topics, dashboard and reporting functionality) and; Mapping and implementing regulatory change (e.g., regulatory change management.) Offerors shall provide proactive regulatory monitoring solution that includes analysis and contextualization to ensure relevant regulations are highlighted for appropriate review and implementation.
