DSHS seeks information on modernizing external and internal software, user experience (UX) as well as functionalities for the public, licensees, applicants, and staff. The replacement solution would support regulatory activity for a wide variety of individuals and businesses working in health care, health care quality, radiation materials and imaging, environmental hazards, sanitation, food and drug safety, and consumer safety entities.
