Objective 3: Create and Identify a Working Group • Formalize the working group structure. • Conduct initial meetings to define roles, responsibilities, and objectives of the working group. • Draft a memorandum of understanding (MOU) or partnership agreement with key stakeholders. • Conduct needs assessments with school districts and educational stakeholders to understand specific local needs. • Align program design and policies with identified needs and priorities of local school districts.
