Specifications include, but are not limited to: This solicitation issued by the Central Purchasing Division of the Department of Central Services for the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) who intends to redesign the agency's website in its entirety and requires the services of a contractor for the evaluation of DEQ's current and redesigned website. The work will include stakeholder interviews, user focus groups, a current website usability audit, and a summary and recommendation report. DEQ will contract for website design separately. DEQ will use the evaluation and recommendations report from Phase I of the website evaluation as the basis for the redesign of our website. Phase II of the website evaluation contract will be a website usability audit of the redesigned site and usability reports for the new website.
