Specifications include, but are not limited to: Providing a full-service magazine publication to Red Raider Club donors including relevant TTU Athletics focused content, graphic design, production and electronic and mail distribution. A. Proposer(s) will be responsible for all design work such as layout, photo selection, arrangement, cover design and coordination with the standards of the TTU brand. B. Publication will have special emphasis highlighting and promoting the current events of TTU Athletics and its Athletes. C. Proposer(s) must work with TTU to gather TTU produced content. Most the content will consist of articles and relevant photographic images provided by TTU. Proposer(s) will work with TTU may, at its discretion, request additional content and special issue articles from the successful Proposer on an as needed basis. D. The successful Proposer will be granted access to photographs taken by TTU’s contracted photographers via www.TTUMedia.com and login credentials will be issued to the successful Proposer. E. Proposer(s) must create and execute a Publication plan that includes due dates, with a point person responsible for managing all deadlines and notifying TTU of any upcoming or missed deadlines. F. Proposer(s) must be able to meet all Production deadlines including both printed and electronic Publications on the first day of bi-monthly schedule. G. TTU will retain overall responsibility for editorial supervision of the Publication.
