Develop and implement marketing strategies for sale of property to yield the highest financial benefits for the MISD. Provide professional opinions on appraised or assessed real estate values. Maintain timely telephone and/or email contact with the assigned staff when there are active interests and transactions. Providing real estate appraisals, or recommending/coordinating with Real Estate Appraisers, as requested. Assist with other miscellaneous real estate activities as requested, including providing general real estate economic information and analysis and/or providing general expertise to the MISD on real estate related matters. Consult with the District staff relating to services provided. Presentations at public meetings may be required Prepare periodic status reports. Assist with negotiation of sales contracts and other requirements related to the sale of the MISD properties, as requested. Coordinating and securing title information, real estate transaction closings, and handling all other customary activities and services associated with real estate transactions. Ensure all State of Texas laws and procedures regarding real estate services are followed.
