General Construction Safety Management Services: Services shall include, but not be limited to the following: 6.1.1 Review and become familiar with the major terms and conditions of the City’s Construction Contract Documents as outlined in Section 4.4. 6.1.2 Review and update the construction safety provisions contained within the City’s ROCIP Safety Manual as needed to ensure conformance with any new or revised Occupational Safety and Health Administration (“OSHA”) guidelines or industry standards and add specific construction related provisions beneficial to airport specific type of construction exposures not currently addressed within the ROCIP Safety Manual. No changes are to be made to the disciplinary policy or section 3 of the manual without approval from the Program Manager. Changes shall be implemented as necessary during the contract term. 6.1.3 Develop a comprehensive construction General Contractor Safety Program Assessment and Evaluation Plan, including outlining tools and methodology to be used, to evaluate the adequacy of construction General Contractors’ safety programs for each project included in ROCIP AUS and courtesy recommendations for refinements. 6.1.4 Attend ROCIP AUS Program Status Meetings every month during initial and active program periods and as requested during program phase-out. These status meetings can be conducted virtually unless Contractor personnel are requested to appear in person by the City/AUS. 6.1.5 Coordinate weekly meetings with the ROCIP AUS Team for Monday and Friday 6.1.6 Attend ROCIP AUS Claim Review Meetings and other meetings necessary for the successful operation of the ROCIP program. Claim review meetings may be held by virtually or in-person with insurance carrier adjusters and are anticipated to be held 1-2 times per year. 6.1.7 Develop, coordinate, and manage the schedule of site visits utilizing Contractor’s staff, the City/AUS’s full time Construction Safety Representative(s) and the Insurance Carrier’s site safety personnel.
