Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Overall décor colors should include the color red.; • Use LED lights (3000K white and/or colors).; • Appropriately sized red ribbon to be installed along the top of wrought iron fence across entire length of fence and gates along South Blvd.; • Palm trees to be wrapped with lights and decorated.; • 2 entrance gates to be decorated.; • Front door to be decorated.; • 4 driveway brick columns to be decorated.; • Iron window guards on house to be decorated.; • 2nd floor exterior entrance balcony railing to be decorated.; • One or more front Oak Trees to be wrapped in lights, highlighted with spot lights and/or decorated.; • Main interior staircase railing to be decorated.; • 2 interior fireplace mantels (living room and library) to be decorated (working gas fireplaces).; • Dining room mirror has a hook installed for wreath or other decorations.; • Decorated and lighted foyer Christmas tree, 12’ minimum.
